Indian Athletes Qualified for 2020 Olympics (Till Now)

1. Irfan K.T (Athletics)
 National record holder Irfan K.T (20 km Race Walk) qualified for the 2020 Olympics by clocking a time of 1:20.57 in the Asian Race Walking Championship held at Nomi,Japan. He produced a brilliant performance to go under the Olympic Qualifying time of 1:21.00. In addition to it, he finished fourth in that event and become the first person from athletics to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics. 
Prediction- Irfan has a very good chance of finishing inside the top 10 in 20 km Race Walk at the upcoming Olympics.
2. Anjum Moudgil and Apurvi Chandela (Shooting)
Anjum Moudgil and Apurvi Chandela (10m Air Rifle) secured a place in the 2020 Olympics by getting a Silver Medal and fourth position in ISSF World Shooting Championship 2018. Anjum Moudgil performed exceptionally well to win a Silver medal for the first time in her career. Apurvi Chandela also gave her best shot to finish fourth and got the second quota place for India.
Anjum shot 628.7 in the qualification round while Aprurvi shot 627.5 to qualify for the finals in the event. They were the first two shooters from India to qualify for the 2020 Olympics.
Prediction- Anjum or Apurvi has a very good chance of getting a medal for India, if they are able to remain calm under high-pressure situations in Olympics.
3. Saurabh Choudhary (Shooting)
16-year-old Saurabh (10m Air Pistol) won gold in ISSF World Cup to secure a place in the Tokyo Olympics. 2018 Youth Olympics Gold Medallist shot a score of 587 in the qualification round to qualify for the finals. Saurabh took his game to the next level and obtained 245.0 in finals to win a quota place for himself and the country.
Prediction- Saurabh has produced unbelievable performances both at the junior and senior competitions. Going by his current form, he will surely win a medal for the country at his first Olympic Games.
4. Kushagra Rawat (Swimming)
Kushagra Rawat (800m Freestyle) qualified for Tokyo Olympics by clocking a time of 8.07.99  at Thailand Age Group Championship. He produced a stunning performance to go under the B qualifying standard of 8:08.54. This performance also helped him to qualify for the upcoming World Swimming Championship. In addition to it, he had created national records in both 400m and 800m freestyle.
Prediction- Kushagra has to achieve the A standard timing of Olympics which is 7:54.31 in order to assure his place in the upcoming Olympics.
